• Are you tired and irritated with what’s going on in City Hall?

• Are you tired of the corruption, indictments, and removals from office?

• Are you tired of the growing population of homeless, and the reality that it’s not being addressed?

I think it’s high time that we put a line in the sand and just say, “NO More”!

That’s why I’m running for LA City Council District 12.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in New York City. I am very proud that my dad served in the Third Army under General Patton.

I believe in order to be a good Councilmember we need to have people with fresh ideas, and absolute transparency.

To do the job of CD 12 right, I believe my experiences as a Chamber of Commerce President give me a greater understanding of what businesses need. Currently, I hold the elected office of the President of Granada Hills South Neighborhood Council and have been actively involved with the committees of Outreach, Public Safety, Homelessness, Sustainability, Planning and Land Use, Beautification, Education, Youth, Seniors, and Cultural Affairs during my almost 9 years serving on the Council. I believe my volunteer experience has provided a greater understanding of what our communities need.

A Councilman should know legalities such as contracts, torts, and custody matters, which were all part of my being a paralegal for three different attorneys starting in 1980 as well as obtaining my real estate license in 1986 and selling properties.

I intend not to just talk about things we need to do but I actually have solutions for the environment, education, public safety, and homelessness.
